Is that plastic wrap on the fridge? How does that look better than fingerprints.

No, I think its the plasticky material shining weirdly in the photograph.

But if its there (I'll ask mom next time I call) then its the landlord's doing, not ours. They had baby proofed the entire place so a couple of 70 somethings have an apartment full of soft corners and whatnot.

@infini Not that silly. Clear vinyl wrap is sold for exactly this purpose for your expensive sports car or home appliance.

Anyway, I endorse magnet-bombing your fridge. I'm doing the same thing to ours, but since I'm far less well-traveled there are a lot more magnets from general plumbers and pizza delivery.

We got a new kitchen with a built-in fridge so had to find a new home for our 'travel magnets', now they are sadly in a dark basement room stuck to the boiler :(
