Is Slovakia a particularly terrible place to be poor?

@caitlinburke my guess is they have used this to illustrate somewhere European that is poorer than it's cousins. Estonia is also Europe now, but at one point was part of the USSR, so might be an outlier.

My takeaway from this is that Saudi and UAE are importing slave labour. Although I know in both counties individuals don't pay tax, but I don't know if this applies to everyone who works there.
