An artist who worked for the Mormon Church, used to eat at my restaurant ~1972. He was working on a mat and cut his finger. The drops of his blood fell on two mattboard cut outs, and using his blood, he drew two people. The man is somewhere else among my portfolios, she showed up today, from among black and white, hand printed photos. He gave these to me, not knowing what else to do with them. I liked them. I was 22 then.
