vegetarian oyakodon

classes are over so work at home lunches are in effect! today i made myself and @snarkout some vegetarian oyakodon with my good pal soy curls (https://www.butlerfoods.com/soycurls...) playing the part of the chicken and yuzu shichimi togarashi sprinkled on top. a success! very tasty
